To your orientation some information about our compensation following:
Extrajudicial activities and consultancy:
Extrajudicial activities are settled after time fee, a lump sum or the lawyers’ compensation act (RVG). The compensation has to ensure that the resulting costs for the chambers are adequately renumerated.
In a settlement after the RVG fees are generally determined according to the value of the property.
Though a value of the property exists, in individual cases we have to agree upon an individual compensation agreement, because the RVG does not cover our effort. Such cases can be settled after a time fee or a lump sum.
Our fee for a billing after incurred time expenditure:
Hourly rates from 280, - € plus expenses and current value added tax, currently 19%.
We provide the initial consultation for a fixed price according to the RVG.
We discuss the details of compensation with our clients and fix it in a written fee agreement. With the settlement you get an exact list of our provided activities.
Judicial activities:
For judicial activities the RVG sets a certain compensation based on the value of the property, for which we usually work for you, if our expenditure and remuneration are proportionate.
Since the taking of evidence in legal proceedings is not reimbursed separately after the RVG, we are obliged to make an individual compensation agreement in such cases.
In legal proceedings we are obliged for ethical reasons, to charge at least the RVG-compensation. If for a legal proceeding a remuneration on a time basis or hourly rate was agreed, we point out that in the case of a defeat the opponent must replace only the RVG fees.
